Conditions are fair to fun across San Diego County breaks this morning, with the best windows before the afternoon onshore winds pick up.

- Ocean Beach Pier: 2-3 ft+, fair shape, best on the south side
- Tourmaline: 1-2 ft, mellow, good for longboards and beginners
- Blacks Beach: 2-3 ft, occasional 4 ft sets on the reef, clean early
- Del Mar: 1-2 ft, small but fun on a fish or longboard
- Oceanside Pier: 2-3 ft, fair, best at the south jetty

A small south swell is filling in and should peak Wednesday-Thursday with overhead sets at exposed south-facing breaks. The best days this week look to be Wednesday and Thursday before a northwest windswell adds some texture Friday into the weekend.
